4. Заощадження ─ це страхування від фінансового стресу ─ будь то втрата роботи, надзвичайні обставини, ремонт житла або хвороба.
5. Щоб подолати фінансову кризу, необхідно оцінити ліквідні активи (будинок, машину, ощадні рахунки, інвестиції)
6. Щомісячні витрати не повинні перевищувати мінімум, необхідний для сплати закладної, рахунків на утримання житла, витрат на харчування.
