Determines whether the Virtuoso XL layout editor Gen from Source command creates pins for global nets. The default is t.

Description
Enables the Virtuoso XL layout editor to create I/O pins and corresponding type. When set to
None, the pin label is not created. The default is Label.
Note: To enable initIOLabelType, the layout environment variable createPinLabel must be set to t.
