Liuzhou Diwang Fortune Plaza, Guangxi, China
At AECOM, our design team provides the holistic solutions to harmonize leisure and business activities in Guangxi.
With a gross floor area of 600,000 square meters, the Liuzhou Diwang Fortune Plaza development includes an office tower, retail space and club house facilities. With an office tower measuring 303 meters high, together with the HOPSCA retail space, the development has become a landmark in Liuzhou. Between the mall, stores and “transport island”, there are parks and recreational facilities with water features and rocky landscape areas. The design balances space and vision, demonstrating the harmony between leisure and business activities.
Shenzhen Jing Ji Dameisha Sheraton Hotel, Shenzhen, China
Our professionals delivered an extraordinary hotel design to travelers around the world.
Partnered with TFP, our architectural professionals created the innovative design to fit in the natural setting and the surrounding built environment. The dynamic structure is shaped to align with the specific condition of the gradient beachfront site, allowing all guest rooms equipped with fantastic panoramic ocean views.
The hotel is located at Dameisha, a well-known resort in the east suburb of Shenzhen, China. Sitting on the oceanfront with total site area of about 60,000 square meters, this five-star resort hotel accommodates 440 guest rooms and 2 stand alone guesthouses as well as other amenities for the total Gross Floor Area of 77,000 square meters and 50 meters high.
A steel structure is used in the framework of the 12-storey main building while that of the two underground levels is a reinforced concrete structure. Detached from the main guest building are two luxury guesthouses with private gardens and swimming pools, and the rear side of it are operational spaces for hotel logistics, utilities and underground parking. The hotel amenities are properly laid out for good orientation that maximizes the usage of natural sunlight.

We are experienced in designing structures of different materials for low-rise to very high-rise buildings. These include reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, precast and high strength concrete, structural steelwork composite structure, and tension structure. We are also experienced in a variety of building types and associated services such as: services integration and coordination with three dimensional modeling, performance-based fire safety design and renewable energy. Our particular skills in alternative designs, design and construct procurement, refurbishment, site supervision, maintenance and repair, temporary works, earthquake design, wind tunnel testing, tall buildings, deep basements, railway structures, environmental systems and green building accreditation are continually applied in our projects.
