26 Select the right term and translate into Russian:
9. Circumstances of force-majeure
9.1. The Parties shall be released/freed/excused from the liability for the nonfulfillment, partially or in full, of their obligations under this Agreement, if such nonfulfillment is caused by the circumstances of force-majeure (flood, fire, earthquake, and other natural disasters/catastrophes/calamities, as well as war or acts of war, and major strikes), subject to that circumstances being beyond control of the Parties and rendering/realizing/performing the fulfillment of the obligations under this Agreement by any of the Parties impossible.
9.2. The Party experiencing/suffering/realising the impossibility of fulfilling of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be obliged to inform/let know/notify the other Party in writing not later than ten (10) banking days following the moment of occurrence and termination of the force-majeure circumstance. Subject to that the term for fulfilling of the obligations under this Agreement shall be postponed proportionally to the period of the presence of such circumstances. If within that term the fulfillment of the obligations becomes impossible or unreasonable for the Parties they may end/finish/terminate this Agreement by mutual agreement.
9.3. The certificates given/issued/signed by the competent state authorities shall constitute/provide/suggest the proper evidence of the occurrence and termination of the force-majeure circumstances. Otherwise the Party shall be deprived of the right to refer to these circumstances as the reason for the non-fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement.
9.4. In case of termination of this Agreement due to the force-majeure circumstances the Parties shall make mutual settlements under the obligations fulfilled as of the moment of termination of this Agreement.

10. Разрешение споров
10.1. Споры, которые могут возникнуть при исполнении настоящего Договора, разрешаются в духе взаимопонимания и согласно обычаям делового оборота, рассчитанным на длительное сотрудничество. В случае если стороны не придут к соглашению, споры по настоящему Договору разрешаются Арбитражным судом г. Москвы в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
