The Principal shall have the right to
2.4.1. Pass/Issue/give out the Assignments to the Attorney for the service provision within the framework of this Agreement as agreed by the Parties. In order to determine the particular description and scope of the consulting services to be provided within the framework of the this/given/respective Assignment the Parties shall execute corresponding Supplementary Agreements to this Agreement the same being the integral part hereof/hereto/hereafter.
2.4.2. Get/Receive/Acquire the information on the regulations the recommendations, conclusions and opinion of the Attorney mentioned /discussed/provided within the framework of the service provision under this Agreement are based on; as well as receive other clarifications on the results provided to the Principal as the results of the Assignments finished/completed/fulfilled within the framework of this Agreement.
2.4.5. The Principal shall authorize/entitle/give powers the Attorney to refer to the fact of entering into this Agreement only under the condition of observance of the Principal’s interests and without disclosure of the information forming/comprising/constituting the official (trade) secret of the Principal.

16 Translate into English:
Стоимость юридической помощи
3.1. Стоимость юридической помощи Поверенного в рамках конкретного Задания определяется Сторонами в виде фиксированной суммы за выполнение конкретного Задания, которая указывается Доверителем в соответствующем Дополнительном соглашении. В этому случае Стороны подписывают Дополнительное соглашение к настоящему Договору, а Доверитель оплачивает юридическую помощь Поверенного в порядке и на основании, предусмотренных в соответствующем Дополнительном соглашении к Договору.
Доверитель обязуется оплачивать юридическую помощь Поверенного в порядке, предусмотренном Разделом 5 Настоящего Договора, если иное не предусмотрено в настоящем Договоре и Дополнительных соглашениях к нему.
