5. Порядок сдачи-приемки юридической помощи, порядок расчетов

5.1. The Principal shall transfer to the Attorney (сумму предварительно согласованную c) _____________________________________________________________________________

by the Parties as the advance payment within five (5) business days following the day of the transfer of the Assignment to the Attorney and (на основании предоставленного Поверенным счета) _________________________________________________________ (the advanced payment should not exceed 30% of the final bill).

5.2. On the service provision within the framework of the respective Assignment within five (5) calendar days, the Attorney shall submit the Report of the Services Provided (далее – Отчет)

5.5. All payments within the framework of this Agreement shall be made directly to the account current of the Attorney in RUB according to the conversion under the exchange rate established by the Bank of Russia (на день осуществления соответствующего платежа) ___________
