Найти свою вторую половинку очень не просто, но ведь хочется рядом с собой видеть человека, который тебя поймет и поддержит, в любую минуту будет рядом. Как же найти его или ее?
У некоторых это получается само собой. Вместе росли, учились, дружили, а позднее решили объединиться и стать одной семьей. Другие большую или меньшую часть сознательной жизни ищут партнера. Иногда находят быстро, иногда меняя партнеров, как перчатки. Другие сидят дома и тихо ждут, не прилагая никаких усилий вообще. Другие очень много работают, и это занимает львиную долю их времени. Их круг общения ограничен коллегами, и они присматриваются только к своему окружению. Но оказывается, что большинство коллег уже давно имеют свои удачно сложившиеся личные отношения.
Психологически считается, если у человека удачно сложились личные отношения, то он более коммуникабелен, спокоен и приятен в общении, также успешнее в работе и удачнее складывается бизнес. Каким же образом мы можем повлиять на события, чтобы нам повстречать своего единственного или единственную?
Давно известно, что сны неким образом влияют на действительность, а действительность влияет на сновидения. Так же существует состояние между бодрствованием и сном. Это трансовое состояние. Это состояние делает нас наиболее работоспособными и, как правило, мы принимаем наиболее верные решения. Бывает и такое, что сны предвещают некие события - это вещие сны. Чаще всего, увиденное в вещем сне сбывается с поразительной точностью.
С древности считается, что, управляя сновидением, мы управляем и реальной жизнью. Существует множество способов программирования сновидений. В сновидениях зачастую мы видим отражение наших повседневных забот, желаний и потребностей. Для того чтобы запрограммировать свое сновидение нужно растянуть время перед уходом в сон и время после сна перед пробуждением. В этот промежуток времени нужно войти в трансовое состояние и программировать себя на хорошие события в будущем. Мысленно представлять разрешение различных жизненных вопросов. Нужно стараться, как можно сильнее концентрироваться на своем желании. Так же осуществление представляемого будет зависеть от продолжительности нахождения в трансовом состоянии.
Перед моментом засыпания можете задать вопрос, на который желаете получить ответ. Чтобы увидеть конкретный сон, нужно прервать внутренний диалог и сконцентрироваться на нужной теме. Для вещего сна вам потребуется четкое намерение и готовность, а так же концентрация на желаемой теме. Сначала нужно расслабиться, затем несколько раз сосредоточиться на нужной теме. Во время концентрации на своем желании постарайтесь, чтобы мышцы все были расслаблены. Мысленно повторяйте то, что хотите увидеть. Во время засыпания представьте, как - будто вы движетесь наверх. До того, как заснуть задайте себе вопрос волнующий ваше сознание. Например: "Где мне искать мою вторую половинку?" Или " Какие действия мне предпринять, чтобы в моей жизни появился любимый человек?". Необходима огромная вера в то, что вы увидите вещий сон. Проговорите про себя так же и то, что вы должны четко вспомнить свой сон после пробуждения.
В трансовом состоянии вы можете создать себе друга, который будет жить в вашей собственной виртуальной реальности и давать вам оттуда советы.
Приступайте к действиям, выяснив самое главное – цель!!! Обязательно позаботьтесь о том, чтобы ваша цель была правильно сформулирована.
С самого начала максимально точно представляйте то, как будет выглядеть ваша реальность, когда желание сбудется. Встреча с возлюбленным или возлюбленной произойдет за счет того, что вы запрограммируете себя оказаться в нужное время в нужном месте. Для знакомства больше посещайте общественные места. Прочитайте статьи о том, как себя вести на первом свидании. Помните, что люди тянутся к благополучию и успеху. Так что не будем других грузить нашими проблемами и хотя бы попытаемся создать впечатление успешности.
Очень часто люди не могут навести порядок в своей личной жизни, только от страха неудачи. Возьмите пример с человека из вашего окружения, который не страдает всякими пустыми предрассудками и подражайте его поведению. И вы быстро начнете замечать как изменяется ситуация вокруг вас.
Замечайте только удачи в своей жизни и старайтесь меньше обращать внимание на всякие неудачные моменты. Возьмите листок и распишите в две колонки свои мысли на счет различных ситуаций. В одну колонку запишите оптимистичные мысли, а в другую пессимистичные. А после подсчитайте. Нужно поднимать свою самооценку и самоуважение. Если вы не начнете пламенной и преданной любовью любить себя, то вас не полюбят и окружающие. Отслеживайте в себе только позитивные мысли и запрещайте появляться негативу в своей голове. Поднимайте свою самооценку, потому что выбирать себе партнера мы будем исходя из собственных смелых ожиданий.
Чтобы в вашей жизни появились новые отношения, то у вас должны быть закончены все старые отношения. Позабыта старая любовь во имя появления новых чувств. Прекратите всякого рода сравнения старых партнеров с новыми. Становитесь более гибкими и открытыми для общества.
Как известно, для того чтобы изменился мир вокруг нас или просто ситуация, то для этого нужно в первую очередь измениться нам самим. Изменить себя потребуется как внутренне, так и внешне. Внутреннее изменение - это, прежде всего изменение состояния своей энергетики. Очень полезными будут физические упражнения. Запишитесь в фитнесс клуб, на танцы, йогу или в бассейн. Вы постоянно находите отговорки, что у вас не хватает на это времени? Тогда вам потребуется разделить дела на более и менее важные. Исключите из режима дня пустую трату времени на телевизор, разговоры по телефону ни о чем, различные сплетни и обсуждение дел, не касающихся вас, различные вредные игры, включая компьютерные, бесцельное хождение по магазинам, а так же бесцельное пользование Интернетом. Все это неотъемлемые наши друзья на каждый день. Знакомая ситуация? Когда вы начали общение в чате, потом взглянули на часы, а уже прошло несколько часов? На это у нас находится обычно время как - то автоматически. В результате мы не успеваем делать то, что нам действительно необходимо. Распланируйте свой день по часам и живите строго по заранее подготовленному расписанию. Попробуйте измениться и внешне. Подумайте, как бы вы изменили свой имидж? Может стоить поменять стиль в одежде? Может прическу, цвет волос или стрижку? Представьте, как будто вы смотрите на себя со стороны и прикиньте, что нужно в себе изменить, чтобы выглядеть более эффектно.
