PROCEDURE:
(1) Pilotage Is compulsory for all vessels and is provided by the Mooring Master.
(2) Notice of ETA: Vessels should send ETA 72h, 48h and 24h in advance to "AGIP Oil Tripoli" through the agent. The 72h message should contain the following information:
(a) ETA (LT and date)
(b) Vessel'sname and Master'Sname
(c) Flag
(d) GT, NRT, DWT, LOA and draught
(e) Quantity of cargo required
(D Information as requested by the operators
(3) Changes to the ETA of more than 12h should be forwarded immediately.
(4) Vessels within VHF range of the FSO should contact Bouri Oil Terminal on VHF Ch 16, working on VHF Ch 70. After initial contact, a mutually agreed upon VHF Channel will be used.
(5) Mooring operations normally take place HJ.
(6) Mooring Master boards in the Waiting Area 2 n miles Sof the FSO.
NOTE:
Station is owned and operated by AGIP Libya Oil Co and used exclusively for messages between expected tankers and the terminal.

(1) Vessels bound for any Libyan port must inform the agent in Libya, after leaving the last port of call, stating the following information:
(a) Vessel'sname
(b) Call sign
(c) Nationality
(d) Name and address of the owner
(e) Name and nationality of the master
(t) Number of crew and any passengers
(g) Gross tonnage (GT)
(h) Type of cargo
(i) Destination port
Ol Duration of stay in the port
(k) Date of arrival (ETA)
(2) Vessels must contact the nearest CRS 24h before arriving at one of the following Approach Reporting Points, confirm the above information and additionally supply the following information:
(a) Position
(b) Speed
(c) Course at that moment
(d) Approach Reporting Point to be used
(e) Sea state
(D Vessel'scondition
