Вопросы для повторения и обсуждения

  1. Назовите те важные факторы, которые влияют на индивидуальный уровень вы­полнения «работы» каким-либо студентом в вашей Группе, и объясните, какое значение имеют обсуждавшиеся вопросы для оценки этой работы.

  2. Опишите достоинства и недостатки трех основных вариантов ответа на вопрос, что следует оценивать при проведении оценки выполненной работы. Приведите но одному примеру ситуации, в которой может быть обоснованно использован каждый из этих вариантов, и объясните почему.

  3. Составьте перечень (несбалансированный) адекватных, с вашей точки зрения, действий в аудитории преподавателя колледжа. Коротко объясните (в общих словах), как вы и ваши сокурсники могли бы воспользоваться своими перечнями при разработке BARS для оценки этого аспекта работы преподавателя (поведения в аудитории).

  4. Сравните использование оценки работы в административных целях с использова­нием ее в целях профессионального роста. Какой из множества обсуждавшихся видов ошибок при оценке работы скорее всего будет иметь место, если оцениваю­щий знает, что результаты будут использованы в первых целях? Во вторых це­лях? Какой источник ошибок, на ваш взгляд, не зависит от цели оценки и почему?

  5. Назовите основные проблемы, мешающие проведению эффективных и удовлет­ворительных интервью в ходе оценки работы, и укажите практические приемы их устранения.
