(c) Vessels outward·bound crossing the Reporting Line from W to E should provide an EXIT REPORT stating:
(i) Vessel'sname (ii) Call sign
(iii) Type of vessel (iv) Number of crew
(v) Date of exij
(vi) Time of exit (LT)
(vii) Intentions (e.g. Fishing wijhin control zone, leaving zone, returning to home port etc.)
(viii) Place of departure (FIPASS, Port William etc.)
(2) Any vessel entering or leaving 8erkeley Sound which for any reason is unable to pass a report should advise their agent or representative, who should forward the report to the Harbour Authomies as soon as practicable.
(3) Any vessel intending to enter Stanley Harbour should not only provide the entry time at the Reporting Line stated in (t) but also provide the estimated time at the Narrows.
(4) Any vessel intending to leave ajetty or anchorage in Stanley Harbour should obtain permission by VHF from the Harbour Authorities before gening underway.
(5) All vessels at anchor within Falkland Harbours should maintain a continuous lislening watch on VHF Ch t6,
