Past Continuous (Прошедшее продолженное время)

I was watching a film when you called me. Yesterday at 4 p.m. we were flying in a jet.

Действие происходило в определенный момент в прошлом.

Remember!  Время Past Continuous образуется при помощи вспомогательного глагола to be в прошедшем времени и смыслового глагола с окончанием –ing.  Важно помнить, что в предложении должен быть указан момент действия в прошлом.
