THE FUTURE CONTINUOUS TENSE

Future Continuous образуется с помощью вспомогательного глагола to be, стоящего во времени Future Simple, и смыслового глагола с окончанием -ing.

I’ll be working.

Will you be working?

She won’t (will not) be working.

Continuous.

а) точным указанием времени или промежутком времени в будущем at 5, from 5 to 7, all day long, the whole morning, at this time tomorrow:

At this time tomorrow I’ll be taking my English exam.

72

The Future Continuous Tense

If you come in two hours, they’ll still be working.

When he called, she was playing tennis with Tom.

When you call, she’ll be playing tennis with Tom.

I’ll be working in the USA next year.

I’m meeting the manager at 11.

I’ll be meeting Ann tomorrow anyway. We work together. —

THE FUTURE PERFECT TENSE

WILL HAVE + V3

I ‘ll have done.

Will he have come?

They won’t have finished.

Future Perfect

John will have finished his work by 3.

80

The Future Perfect Tense

When we arrive at the party, Michael will have left. —

Present Simple.

When we came, they had already finished the discussion. When we come, they’ll have already finished the discussion.
