3.8. Socio-cultural factors.

Any organization is functioning in at least one of the cultural environment. Therefore, socio-cultural factors, among which prevail installation, life values and traditions that affect the organization. Giving bribe to get a lucrative contract or political benefits, favoring instead of supporting competences, the dissemination of discrediting competitors rumors is considered to be the actions of unethical and immoral, even when they cannot be considered, in fact illegal. In some countries this situation is considered normal and accepted for service enterprises, as sociocultural environment here is different.

Another example of the socio-cultural impact on the business practices of traditional and stereotype according to which women are not inclined to take risks and incompetent as leaders. Studies have shown that the installation of a job change. In general, the relatively young workers are not to the liking of traditional relationship they want to have more independence and social interaction at work. Other researchers have shown that many workers and employees tend to work, which requires greater flexibility, creating the "challenges", has a greater richness, shall not infringe upon the freedom and awakens in a person self-esteem. Such a change settings directly affect how employees believe that fair practice of the organization. These settings are especially important for the managers with respect to their essential functions - motivation of the people based on the objectives of the organization.

Social and cultural factors also affect the products or services that are the result of activities of the company. A good example is the production of clothes. People are often willing to pay for a piece of clothing, which is the name of a prestigious fashion designer, because, as it seems to them, this gives them additional weight in the society.

On the social factors depends on methods of conducting its affairs of the organization. From the views of consumers on quality of service depends on the daily practice of retail stores and restaurants.

3.9. Political factors.

Some aspects of the political situation are for heads of special importance. One of them - the mood of the administration, the legislative bodies and courts with regard to the business. Closely linked with the socio-cultural trends, in a democratic society these moods affect such actions of the government as taxation of income of the corporation, the establishment of tax privileges or preferential trade duties and requirements in regard to the practice of recruitment and promotion of members of national minorities, the law on the protection of consumers, the standards for purity of the environment, control of prices and wages, etc.

Another element of the political situation - a group of special interests and lobbyists. Some lobby groups express the interests and values are not organizations, but a combination of people.

Of great importance for the companies engaged in the operation or with markets in other countries, is the factor of political stability. In the host country for a foreign investor or for the export of the products of political changes can lead to the restriction of rights of land ownership for foreigners or the establishment of special duties on imports. On the other hand, the policy may change and to the side, favorable for investors, when the need arises in the inflow of capital from abroad.
