Preparing skin for correction of hyperpigmentation

In the recent years, the number of patients complaining about hyperpigmentation has been steadily increasing. Generally, hyperpigmentation disorders have no adverse impact on a person’s health or ability to work, and are commonly unnoticeable to other people. However, they may cause strong psychological discomfort to the affected individual. In my article I will give recommendations on preparing a patient for correction of the hyperpigmented skin.

Injection correction of a nose remains off-limits for many cosmetologists. Vascular embolization caused by filler drops, vascular compression induced by the filler as well as follow-up ischemia and tissue necrosis are the most severe possible complications. However, there are things we can do to help our patients.

A new approach to photorejuvenation

Most experts admit that after the boom of laser technologies many clients are turning back to less aggressive and well-proven phototherapy. The key components for successful treatment are highquality equipment and properly-selected application techniques. Photorejuvenation, which used to be recommended solely for correction of pigmentary and vascular disorders, is gaining popularity as a regular and highly successful maintenance treatment.
Wrinkle treatment with autologous plasma

In the last years, medical cosmetologists have started using new regenerative techniques based on platelet rich plasma and its derivatives: Native, Viscosae and Gel. Today, mesotherapy, biorevitalization and contour correction do not need synthesized products. Many cosmetologists and patients have opted for autologous fillers, bio-revitalizants and mesotherapy cocktails.
RF — a duet for the cleavage area

Today we are going to tell about the best way of preserving the beauty of skin within the above area, through prevention of aging signs by using a combination of two radio-frequency techniques: bipolar RF lifting and fractional radio-frequency thermolysis.
