8. Read text 2. For each statement 1 to 10 below choose a) right, b) wrong or c) doesn’t say. Correct the false statements.

  1. Most democracies are based on the principle of the separation of power.

  2. The separation of powers means that nobody in the state has absolute power.

  3. In the system of checks and balances, the executive branch dominates the other two branches.
