VIII. Methods of economic regulation: state regulation. The founder of the " German miracle" L. Erkhard considered the role of a state or a government as an observer who could only watch economy and to interfere only when economic situation needed help.
The 50-60-s were the time of economic stabilization and " welfare state" formation: great part of state budget was spent for social reforms, standard of living was very high.
