Цілі:

навчальна:актуалізація лексики за темою, практикувати учнів у вживанні тематичної лексики, формувати навички діалогічного мовлення та монологічного мовлення на рівні мікровисловлювання;

розвивальна: розвивати комунікативні навички, мовну здогадку, уяву, пам’ять, увагу, творчість; вміння самостійно працювати; сприяти загальнокультурному розвитку учнів, умінню спілкуватися;

виховна:виховувати культуру спілкування, зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань

Тип уроку:застосування знань, навичок та вмінь.

Обладнання:підручник, зошити, словники, картки.

Хід уроку

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

1. Greeting and aim. Привітання й повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

T:Good morning, boys and girls! How are you? I’m very glad to see you at our lesson. As you know, today we are going to speak about food and drinks. And also today you have a task: at the end of our lesson try to answer the question “Do you eat to live or live to eat?” Now let’s start our lesson.

2. Warming up. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу

T:You had to read the text “A Day with Grandpa” at home. Did you like this text?

Did you know something interesting?

P1:I liked this text and I knew the process of cooking biscuits.

T:Will you describe us how to cook biscuits.

P2:To cook biscuits put raisins into a pot with a little water and place them over the fire. Put flour into a separate pan. Make a hole right in the middle of the flour. Place some shortening into that hole. Then add water. Mix the flour, water and shortening. Make smooth circles of biscuits and fry in an iron skillet.

T:You see, Justin and his grandpa had a picnic. Did you have a picnic once with you parents or grandparents?

P3:Yes, I did. I had a picnic with my parents.

T:What food did you eat?

P3: We ate baked potatoes.

T:How did you cook outside?

P3:We cooked potatoes in a hot ash.

T:And what about you?

P4:I had a picnic with my father too. We cooked fish soup “uha” on a fire and ate it with great pleasure.

P2: I usually have mashed potatoes with sausage or cutlets, tea with cakes and fruit. And what about you?

P1: I don’t eat much. Just some porridge with milk and a cup of green tea.

P2: Oh, it’s too little for me.

Example:

P1: Andrew, it’s supper time. Wash your hands and sit down at the table.

P2: OK. I am ready now. How hungry I am! What’s for supper today?

P1: Meat with potatoes, vegetable salad and rice with apples.

P2: Oh, that’s wonderful! What do we have for dessert?

P1: Tea with cookies.

P2: Thank you for tasty supper.
