Vladimir State University has got the necessary resources for implementing multi­level system of training specialists in Liberal Arts, Economics, and Engineering. The Structure of the University consists of the University Government, Administrative Units, Administrative Units of Higher Education, Pre-University Education Units, Research and Retraining, Library and Publishing Activities Units, Information, Capital and Material-technical Resources.

The University Government consists of the Rectorate and the Senate. Administrative Units include Academic, Planning and Finance Boards, Departments of Information and Documentation and Personnel. The Vladimir State University has a licence for earring on educational activities for higher vocational education in 56 majors including 14 ones of classical university, 33

majors at Bachelor Degree and 5 at Master Degree Courses.

The student body comprises more than 20.000 students, foreign student being among them.
