Contusion: bed regimen, ice-bottle, antibyotics

Fracture – tear of tunica albuginea anf cavernous body on flexing erected penis. If urthra is not damaged – conservative tratment. If damages – suturing or cystostomy.

Dislocation tear off ligaments fixing penis to pubis. Suturing teares ligaments

Lacerates, cutted, bited injuries

Missle wounds – big grade of tissue damaging

Primary surgical treatment of wound, sutures at tunica albugines, skin grafting

Trauma of scrotum itself.

Closed: evening-out of skin rugosity, subcutaneous haematomas, soreness. Treatment: suspensory, bed regimen

Open: diagnostic: cut, lacerated, contused. Treatment; primary surgical treatment, suturing with or without graining.

Trauma of testis and epydidimus

Closed evening-out of skin rugosity, subcutaneous haematomas, soreness + severe even shock condition. Ultrasound – impairment of structure. Treatment suspensory, bed regimen, icebottle. Reposition of testis . In case of strong bleeding ligation of vessels or orchectomy

Open: Diagnostic like in case of scrotum traums = US. treatment;: treatment of shock, surgical treatment of the woumd.
