Заключение
Требования программы предусматривают, что студенты должны уметь извлекать необходимую им информацию, уметь ее оценивать и анализировать. Предлагаемые в данном пособии задания способствуют закреплению этих навыков.
Кроме того, студенты имеют возможность ознакомиться с материалами, способствующими расширению их профессионального кругозора, а также активизации лексического материала по специальностям «юриспруденция» и «таможенное дело». В данном пособии содержится информация об основных таможенных режимах, о таможенных правилах зарубежных стран, о борьбе правоохранительных и таможенных органов мира с административными правонарушениями в сфере таможенного дела, раскрываются основные особенности функционирования судебных систем Великобритании и США, широко используются термины из таких тем, как гражданское и уголовное судопроизводство, законы, связанные с предпринимательской деятельностью, основные типы наказаний, используемые в англоязычных странах. В пособии содержатся упражнения, направленные на моделирование фоновых знаний, на решение определенных учебно-познавательных задач в процессе чтения, на развитие умений аргументировать и выражать собственное мнение. Наличие ключей к ряду заданий позволяет использовать данное пособие в процессе индивидуальной и самостоятельной работы. Для повторения грамматического материала, наряду с упражнениями, содержащимися в пособии, целесообразно пользоваться методическими рекомендациями по выполнению контрольных работ и практикумами по грамматике, содержащимися в учебно-методических комплексах по дисциплине на электронном носителе.
