Резюме Лечение депрессии:

Индивидуальная терапия, т.е. когнитивная и психодинамическая терапия, ролевые игры Психофармакотерапия

ФАРМАКОТЕРАПИЯ

Сейчас установлено, что применение антидепрессантов безопасно и эффек­тивно при депрессии у детей и подростков. Учитывая кардиотоксичность больших доз трицикликов, необходимо предварительно обследовать ребенка и сделать кар­диограмму.

Обычно успокаивающий эффект трицикликов проявляется сразу. Через 7-10 дней наступает стабилизация настроения.

Побочные антихолинергические эффекты трицикликов могут причинять не­удобства, о чем следует заранее предупредить пациента, родителей и учителей.
