Graduation

The students of this University study and work in practice under the guidance of highly qualified teachers and practicing engineers, and this enables our University to produce fully fledged professional engineers equipped with a good grounding in the principles of their chosen professions.

Students obtaining 4.75 grade point average, or better, overall are awarded Diplomas "with high distinction".

After graduation the new engineers are sent to various regions of the Republic of Belarus. As a rule they take up employment in their specialist disciplines and work in factories and plants, design offices and other organizations.

In many cases the University has contractual agreements with local industries for the target-oriented training of specialists. This makes it possible for the new engineers to have secure work placements after graduation.

In certain cases, exceptionally talented students may be selected for post-graduate training to become scientific research workers.
