Component or building element?

If you enter the room surrounding surface, then you have the possibility to retrieve a component or a building element from the catalogue:

A building element is a part of the room or building surrounding surface. It is characterized besides the features by a defined ge­ometry and indications to structural special features. Building elements can be e.g. windows and doors, but also walls or ceil­ings.

І. Click on

Retrieve a building element from a building ele­ment catalogue

in the building element list next to the building

Click on

element coding.

2. Click on Building Elements.

2. Mark per mouse click the kinds of the elements which should be shown in the list of the building elements.

3. Double click on the requested building element or click on the building element and following on Choice.

4. Click on Building elements for the registration of a new building element in the catalogue.

the field of the building element coding.

2. Click on Building Elements.

2. Mark per mouse click the kinds of building elements which are be shown in the list of building elements.

3. Double click on the requested building element or click on the building element and following on Choice.

2. For deleting a building element, click on Delete, for Change of the denomination on Change.

3. Save a building element

4. Click in the room surrounding surface on the component which is to be saved as building element.

5. Click on Save or open with the right mouse button the context menu and click on Save.

6. Indicate a striking denomination for the building element.

7. Click on OK in order to exit the input.
