Job Description1 Design trainings to high-school pupils in 10th and 11th grade on different topics in order to stimulate their creativity, improve English skills, help them develop their personal skills and raise awareness among pupils about their future opportunities

Job Description2 Effectively deliver trainings on the established curriculum for the 10th and 11th (mainly on soft skills, career planning and understanding cultural differences).

Job Description3 Participate at the Train the Trainees conference after which the trainee will be able to deliver the trainings according to the principles of Grow 10th and 11th program

Job Description4 Organize events along with OC team for the high school students (team building; after training events, closing ceremony)

Job Description5 Involve in organizing committee activities and making the evaluation report of the Project along with the team.

Job Description6 Involve in the LC's activities (local meetings, conferences, informal meetings)

Measurable results expected from the intern 1. The trainee is present at the conference from the beginning to the end. 2. Students retention rate is 90% 3. The trainee prepares his/her sessions in line with the Grow principles and curriculum 4. Events and outdoor activities are planed with the OC team and delivered 100% 5. Evaluation and follow-up of the project is done in one week after the last event the project

Preparation required from the intern before arrival 1. Presentation about own country 2.Presentation and materials about own educational system (with focus on high school level) 3. Understanding about the Romanian culture (min level) Other Details of the Working Conditions 1. The intern will deliver trainings within the high-school institution- equipped class-rooms. 2. Intern will be integrated into the LC, with opportunities to participate in trainings, meetings, other projects and conferences .3. The intern will have assured meals and accomodation

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship 1. The trainees will receive proper preparation for delivering qualitative trainings. 2. Interaction with the pupils and the other international trainees. 3. Gaining experience on AIESEC systems, PBOX experience. 4. Direct contact with companies and director and opportunity to improve management skills by coordinating the teams. 5. Great opportunity to explore the culture of Romania and interact with trainees from other countries.

Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internshipfor the events planned within the project and for ensuring a better understanding of cultural differences it is highly recommended for the intern to come prepared with objects representative to his/her culture.

Job Description1 Preparation part before the camp starts- 1 week of 1. Preparation and Education- gathering education about facilitating and about specific topics, cultural education with sightseeing. Creating camp agenda with other interns-facilitators.

Job Description2 There will be 4 rounds for 1-1 week.

Job Description3 You will be working with another cofacilitators and lead a group of 20 high school students. The projects will be aimed on soft skills development, career planning, cultural understanding.

Job Description4 Each of the rounds will ended up by a workshop connected to the topic of the project from high school students

Measurable results expected from the intern Majority of high school students in the groups are satisfied with the camp and the program itself. - You have gathered practical knowledge and improved your soft skills and you are aware of Hungarian culture.

Preparation required from the intern before arrival Basic understanding on given topics, gather as much information as you can. Prepare an interactive powerpoint presentation about your country and prepare some traditional things for cultural events. Other Details of the Working Conditions Conditions: Accomodation+Food during the camps are covered. You should bring your own laptop to be able to prepare for sessions and create material and outputs.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship Interns will have opportunity to work in an international team; they will learn different cultures, especially Hungarian culture and mindset of Hungarian youth. Moreover, interns will have opportunity to learn about different world issues and develop their point of views about mentioned issues.
