Day of flights
There are organizational and operational actions for ATFCM
This phase is mostly performed in real-time mode. Tactical phase focused on solution of current problems, revealing of overloaded areas and undertaking measures
CFMU may monitor TACT system for reveling of capacity excess (not identified at pre-tactical phase) and for revealing of capacity reserves, which may be used to decrease number of ACFT in overloaded areas
