•Not satisfactory - 114 sites;
•Requiring repair - 196 sites;
•Emergency - 58 sites;
•Lost and to be reconstructed -11 sites.

Main problem
•"Holistic" approach, which means that the unit of conservation is not a single house, but the historical architectural appearance of its whole area, was in defiance with the intentions of some municipal services planning to give the "unprotected" area under construction of modern apartment buildings.
Solution
•Consider houses not as “monuments” that require an individual approach and extra financing, but as the “housing stock”, which has historical and architectural value
