MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE

It is hard to separate dating from marriage. Most Americans do not begin dating with (1)______________ in mind — they date for fun and companionship, but extensive and serious dating with one special person often leads to marriage.

Sometimes (2)_________ (3)____________ are arranged for two people who have never met each other. Sometimes a party is thrown where a man and a woman can be informally introduced to each other. Or maybe a dinner will be given for people to meet.
