Из 3-х вариантов наноэлектроники:
1.Развитие путем эволюционного совершенствования
существующих «кремниевых» планарных технологий - есть
ограничения кремния.
2.Более глубокое модифицирование планарной
технологии и распространение ее на другие материалы и
ситуации - наиболее вероятно. Концепция мини и нано-
фабрик.
3.Создание принципиально новой электроники
