The topics of the consumer market

The topics of the consumer market are the most important problems in the region. The consumer market functions as one of the component parts of the municipal economy whole complex. Social and economic problems of the megalopolis are reflected in the work of the consumer market, providing the sphere of the resulting consumption of goods and service by people.

The equilibrium of the consumer market concerning prices, the flow of goods, the quantity and quality of goods and service serves as a necessary component of the appreciation of the population life quality. One of the most important problems of the consumer market development in the given outlook is the providing of the economic (price) moderateness of goods and services for all social groups of the population, taking into account the fact that most of the region population has the income which is less than the living wage.

The General scheme of the placing of the consumer market big establishments of the municipal significance and the mechanism of the General scheme realization are confirmed in the development of the General city plan by the Moscow Government; and this fact changes the established methods of the consumer market infrastructure development radically.

The consumer market of the Moscow city works stably as a big component of the whole complex of the municipal economy and it develops according to the accepted City Purpose programs of the branch development beginning since 1998 year. The sphere of the private enterprise takes the leading position in the consumer market.

It is necessary to develop the consumer market, as its development is directed at the solution of the urgent problems and the realization of the established priorities with the purpose of the supporting the producers of socially important kinds of trade and personal services, the protection of consumers, the increasing of the works technical level, the improvement of the consumer service.

In the new economic conditions the methods of the co-ordination, the legal control and self-control of the economic relations participants, the use of the data-communication technologies became the main mean of the interaction of the public authorities with the subjects of the economical activity in the sphere of the consumer market and service.

As long as nowadays almost 90 % of all consumers market enterprises concern to the private property with the exception of the municipal school nutrition enterprises, so in this case the normative-legal and economic regulation of the consumer market is one of the most important functions of both the state and the local government.

The socially-economic prerequisites of the consumer market development are the orientation toward the market relations and the predicted increase of the population well-being, which consequence is the increase of the solvent demand.

The urgency of the graduate work topic is the consideration of the consumer market of the as the main component for the satisfaction of needs of people in goods and service.

The matter of the research is the consumer market of the region and its main components: the trade enterprises, the catering enterprises and the communal services and amenities, the Council of the Chertanovo South district.

The subject of the research is the state of the consumer market of the Chertanovo South district of the South Administrative District of the Moscow city.

The goal of the graduate work is the enhancement of the consumer market development by the example of the Chertanovo South district of the South Administrative District of the Moscow city.

The aims:

  • To take up the theoretical and methodical foundations of the consumer market development;

  • To analyze socially-economical characteristic of the Chertanovo South district of the South Administrative District of the Moscow city;

  • To analyze the structure and the work of the Administration of the consumer market and service of the Chertanovo South district of the South Administrative District of the Moscow city;

  • To analyze the consumer market development of the Chertanovo South district of the South Administrative District of the Moscow city;

  • To analyze the composition, the structure and the territorial placement of the consumer market enterprises of the Chertanovo South District;

  • To work out the program actions concerning the consumer market development of the Chertanovo South region of the South Administrative District of the Moscow city;

  • To give the economical and social appreciation of the worked up in the graduate work actions.

The acuteness and the urgency of the given problem became the base for the choice of the research topic and determining its goals and aims.
