Aircraft теchnical speed (km/h)
The given Appendix contains information on technical speed of the aircraft. Each aircarft and each distance are given norms of technical speed which is the average speed during the flight of an aircraft excluding the speed for take-off and landing. The norms are calculated according to the minimum of transportation net cost. For calculations use the technical speed rate for the first distance rate.
