Функции глагола to have
I have time to do it.
I have to do it.
Participle II.
I have done it.
Continuous Active
were making — Past Continuous Active — делали (в определенный момент в прошлом)
Не was working from 12 till 5 yesterday.
At this time tomorrow I shall be delivering a lecture. —
I shall deliver mу lectures next year.
Don't disturb him — he is working.
Не was not working from 12 till 5 o'clock. —
Is he working?
Yes, he is. No, he is not.
Perfect Continuous Active
Perfect: have been + Participle I .
have been playing — Present Perfect Continuous — играю (уже некоторое время и продолжаю сейчас)
will have been playing — Future Perfect Continuous — будет (будут) играть (уже некоторое время к определенному моменту в будущем)
I have been reading the bооk for three hours.
I have been reading the book since 5 o'clock. —
I have been living in Moscow since 1986.
I had been living in Moscow for 10 years by that time.
I shall have been living in Moscow for 10 years by the time he comes. —
