Оформлення сучасного ділового листа

Ділові листи, якими обмінюються комерційні фірми, компанії, видавництва та інші офіційні установи, звичайно на фірмових бланках, на яких видрукувані назва фірми, її адреса, телефон, факс і т.д.

У сучасному діловому листі всі його частини, починаючи із заголовка, теми і кінчаючи підписом автора звичайно пишуться в лівій стороні листа без абзацних відступів. В адресі і привітальному звертанні коми не ставляться. Так само оформляється і текст на конверті.

We took delivery of this vehicle yesterday and on closer examination our driver has a leak of hydraulic fluid and deflated spare tyre.

Could you rectify these matters before the weekend as the vehicle is urgently reqired for delivery work? I have instructed that our cheque to you be held until the vehicle is considered A1.

I take a poor view of this siluation as you customarily assure us that you give your vehicles a rigorous predelivery check.

I write to apologize for our apparent laxity in preparing this vehicle. The faults you mentioned were, of course, rectidied immediately the following morning.

Our mechanic has shown me his service log and I do believe the hydraulic system was checked over as it should have been. However, it seems possible that the reservoir began to leak on the journey to your premises.

I must confess that spare tyre seems to have escaped our attention, and regret oversight.

I assure you that you can rely on our high standards of professional maintenance.

Ділові відносини навряд чи будуть ефективні і надійними, якщо вам не удасться установити гарні особисті контакти з партнерами. Часто надається можливість написати своїм колегам не тільки строго діловий лист, але і дружнє, котре буде сприяти розвиткові між вами ділової активності.

Лист, оформлений з абзацними відступами, вважається більш традиційним і найчастіше використовується при написанні особистих ділових листів.
