29 You are a reporter. Act out your interview with your partner. Ask him / her about the pet he / she has got.

Student 1
You are in a pet shop. You want to buy a pet but you can’t make up your mind. Ask the shop-assistant as many questions as you can to get the information about the animals in their shop.
Student 2
You work in a pet shop. Help your customer to choose the right pet. Try to give him / her as much information as possible about the pets which are for sale in your pet shop.
31 Work in groups. Describe your pet to the others, but don’t say which pet it is. Talk for as long as you can. See if you friends can guess.
WRITING
Write a paragraph about your / your friend’s pet. Use the questions in activity 24 a as a plan if necessary but don’t tell what kind of pet you have.
Your groupmates have to guess. Use no more than 50 words in your story.
