JUMBO DRILL УБШ227
УБШ227 is a single boom pneumatic power feed jumbo which travels on rails. Designed to drill front holes of 38-51 mm diameter into the depth of 2,7 v in the rocks of f=6-20 units of hardness in horizontal mine working of 5-14 square meters section.
Jumbo Drill УБШ227 is approved for use in the conditions of explosion hazard as concern gas and dust concentration. Mine workings have to be equipped:
with a rail gauge of 600 mm, 750 mm or 900mm;
with a compressed air and water pipe-line, as well as with mine lighting network of 36V.
This Jumbo Drill can be applied for collaring roof bolting in mine working of 3,3 mm to 5,5 mm height using telescopic feeder and of 4,5 m up to 6 m of height using the feeder of the constant length. Minimum inner rounding radius of a mine working for the Jumbo transportation equals 15 m.
For drilling blast holes into the roof of the mine working using telescopic feeder. The design of the Jumbo Drill provides with:
hand drilling or automatic mode operation;
automatic preservation or parallelism while displacing the feeder;
feed mode regulation;
manipulator displacement at 45 degrees upwards, at 27 degrees downwards against the horizontal plane, at 25 degrees to the left and 40 degrees to the right against the vertical plane;
feeder displacement at 50 degrees to the left and to the rig relatively the manipulator’s axle in the horizontal plane;
feeder’s turn at 360 degrees around the horizontal axle;
compressed air purification from water and hard particles;
automatic stop of drilling while rinsing water consumption is lower than the required norm;
meeting sanitary requirements on vibrations, noise and dust content.
Jumbo Drill is completed with spare parts, tools and accessories for the guarantee term of operation.
