Коммуникационные стратегии в канале сбыта ( только непрямой сбыт)
Существует три вида коммуникационных стратегий в канале сбыта:
Стратегия вталкивания (push strategy)
Основные маркетинговые усилия обращены на посредников, чтобы побудить их принять товары фирмы в свой ассортимент, создать необходимые запасы, выделить товарам хорошее место и стимулировать продвижение товаров.
Цель – добиться добровольного сотрудничества с посредником, предложив ему привлекательные условия.
У фирмы нет средств на рекламу, у неё небольшой отдел по сбыту, т.к. товар вталкивается на рынок.
Для этой стратегии характерны:
Минимальные постоянные издержки
Высокие переменные издержки
Риск стратегии – она ставит фирму в зависимость от посредников при отсутствии реального контроля над системой. Стратегия используется малыми предприятиями.
Стратегия втягивания (pull strategy)
Фирма концентрирует все коммуникационные усилия на конечном потребителе, минуя посредников.
Цель – создать на уровне конечного спроса благоприятное отношение к товару с тем, чтобы конечный потребитель требовал эту марку от посредника и побуждал его к торговле этой маркой.
Здесь фирма старается создать вынужденное сотрудничество с посредником.
Для этой стратегии характерны:
Высокие постоянные издержки (реклама, информационные функции, управление запасами, обработка заказов)
Большой отдел сбыта (склады, транспорт)
Данная стратегия используется преимущественно большими фирмами
Комбинированная/смешанная стратегия
На практике эти две стратегии дополняют друг друга. Многие предприятия применяют смешанную стратегию, распределяя свои усилия между конечным спросом и посредниками.
