Your relationships with your family
My family is quite small; I'm the only child in the
family. I think I get on with my parents well and I can
say that I really look up to them. However, sometimes
we have arguments and don't see eye to eye, but I
think every family has such kind of problems. So,
sometimes my parents can be strict and even tell me
off, for instance, if I want to stay out late or buy
something very expensive. But still the only thing that
they want is to make my life better and, in my opinion,
a good parent should be strict, otherwise his child can
become spoilt. So I always try to understand my
parents in such situations. What is more, I know that I
can always rely on my parents and they’ll always do
their best to help me.
Unfortunately, I can't say that I am an ideal daughter and,
moreover, sometimes I feel very ashamed of my behavior.
But I really love my parents and I strongly believe that I'm
a lucky child. So when I decide to have a family of my own
I'll try to be as a good parent for my children as my parents
are.
6) Your idea of a good friend
I think that friendship plays an important role in our lives.
Each of us needs a person who we can turn to if we have a
problem and who we can have fun with. A proverb says: "A
friend in need is a friend indeed", but I would say that a
true friend is the person who is honestly happy for you
when something good happens in your life. In my opinion a
good friend is a person who accepts you as you are, with all
you drawbacks. What is more, a good friend should be
honest with you, he shouldn't break his promises and he
must always tell you the truth, even if it hurts. And the most
important quality of a good friend, is that he should be
trustworthy, because I think that a true friend is a person
who always supports you, gives you advice and who you
can tell everything, because you know that he will never
give away your secrets.
As for me, I think that I'm quite a good friend, although it
can be difficult to deal with me sometimes, because I can
be stubborn and moody. But still I try to improve my
character. And I know that my friends can confide in me,
because I always keep my promises and never tell others'
secrets even to my close friends.
And I think that I'm really a happy person, because I have a
true friend. His name is Paul. I know that I can fully rely on
him, because he will never let me down. He's the sort of
person I can always turn to if I have a problem and I know
that I'll get sensible advice. And what is more, I know that
he's sincerely glad to see me happy.
Ideal husband
In my opinion an ideal husband is a person who you can
always fully rely on, because you are sure that he will never
let you down. I think that he should accept you as you are,
with all your drawbacks. Also he must respect you as well
as your relatives. What is more, he should be honest and
has nothing to conceal from you. Moreover, an ideal
husband must be really trustworthy, he should be a person
who will keep all your secrets and who will always give
you a hand if you have difficulties. So in my opinion an
ideal husband should be your best friend to some extent.
But the most important thing for me is that you should love
him and feel really loved.
I hope that such a man really exists and I will meet him one
day.
