The increased interest in sports increases the risk of injuries.
There is no need to pass special functional tests before returning to sporting activities, if a sportsman feels himself quite fit.
The long-term goal of rehabilitation is to restore all functions of the sportsman’s organism that enable him to do sports without any risk.
An injury can be caused by a lot of risk factors, the wrong balance of strength, flexibility of bulk being the most critical of all other factors.
Special restoring exercises meant to reach the long-term goal of the rehabilitation should be accomplished at the playground regularly and independently, no special supervision is necessary.
Complete rehabilitation means the return to physical activities, remnants of former injury.
Old injuries or other associated diseases seldom if ever are able to cause a repetitive trauma.
