Hi Everybody--"Mr. Know-All" by Somerset Maugham
My name is Robin. I am an American-Israeli living in Israel. I am a private teacher for young children and high school students in English. Would appreciate your help with a story that is on the Bagrut English test (high school test all Israeli students have to take to go onto college). The story is "Mr. Know-All" by Somerset Maughm. If any of you have read it and could share with me your ideas of what is important from that story, any special symbolism used, I would greatly appreciate it. Even though I know he is a classic author, I have never read any of his books or stories before. Thanks. Looking forward to joining your book club. Robin...
