Розділ 13. Термін дії Угоди.

1. Термін дії. Цим Сторони домовилися, що ця Угода набуває чинності з дати його укладення і діє до ___ дня місяця _____, 200_ р. (включно). Якщо на дату закінчення терміну дії цієї Угоди які-небудь із зобов’язань Сторін невиконані, вони залишаються чинними до їх повного виконання.

The period of validity. The Parties hereby agreed that this Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signing and is valid until ___ day of the month _____, 200g. (inclusive). If, on the date of expiration of this Agreement, any of the obligations of the Parties executed, they remain valid until their complete fulfillment.

2. Продовження. По закінченні терміну, вказаного в п. 13.1. цієї Угоди, термін дії Угоди продовжується на кожний наступний 1 (один) рік за умови, що не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) місяці до закінчення терміну його дії жодна зі Сторін не направить іншій Стороні Повідомлення про припинення дії цієї Угоди.

Continued. At the end of the term specified in item 13.1. this Agreement, the term of the Agreement shall be prolonged for each subsequent 1 (one) year, provided that not later than 3 (three) months before the expiration of its validity, none of the Parties sends the other Party a Notice of termination of this Agreement.

3. Припинення. Сторони можуть за взаємною згодою припинити дію цієї Угоди, підписавши відповідну угоду про припинення. Київстар має право достроково розірвати цю Угоду в односторонньому порядку, направивши Компанії Повідомлення про розірвання не пізніше ніж за 14 (чотирнадцять) календарних днів до дати припинення Угоди.

Termination. The parties may mutually agree to terminate this Agreement, by signing the corresponding agreement on termination. Kyivstar has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally by giving the Company Notice of termination no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to the date of termination.

An economist asks provocative questions about the future of social mobility

Politicians are skittish about admitting this. Barack Obama calls America’s wealth gap “our great unfinished business”, describing a crisis of inequality decades in the making. Think of technology, he tells audiences, and how it has thinned the ranks of travel agents, bank clerks and other middle-class gateway jobs. At the same time, global competition has reduced workers’ bargaining power. People have “lost trust in the capacity of government to help them”, he sorrows. But then Mr Obama implies that political villainy is the real culprit. He accuses entrenched interests of working for years to spread a “great untruth”: that government intervention is either harmful or a plot to grab tax dollars from the squeezed middle and shower them on the undeserving poor. Politics risks becoming a “zero-sum game where a few do very well while struggling families of every race fight over a shrinking economic pie.”
