Introduction.

The aim of the work is research of large-panel construction. The paper consists of 4 parts, introduction and conclusion.

The problem under discussion is actual because the architecture always was important of human live, comfort and standard of living depend on of in the first place. Architecture developed, improved and changed like humanity for many centuries. When affordable housing, space saving were not important, but now it is wrong. Implementation of the technology panel construction was great importance and has played a significant role in solving the housing problem in the USSR in the early sixties of the last century.

Today, panel construction doesn’t only exhaust itself, but also develop and improve, and has good prospects. Architectural masterpieces are exclusive and expensive product. Mass construction can’t be a serial, and our country needs prefabricated building affordable for the population.

We shall explore the technology of large-panel construction. Goal of this work is design of large-panel residential house. We must create architectural design of building, solve design problems, calculate the soundproofing.

The object of our exploration are codes and standards, projects of last years. To achieve this aim we must analyze environment condition, create special constructions for this building and calculate soundproofing. For it we need in analysis of regulatory documents, develop of space planning model.

Large-panel constructions are hard recognized. This technology saved advantages – quickly mount and economy of building for getting previously impossible wealth of planning and bright appearance. Large-panel construction became top quality and may be elite housing, adding comfort and became a classic example of urban architecture of the end of last century.

Architectural solution.

The first chapter is devoted to construction of architectural solution.

The house is appropriate for the residential group. A blue iridescent color of building shades that from the sky and enables enter the natural landscape.

The building is designed in accordance with the laws of color solutions. A cold blue color of the building enables to fit both in summer and in winter landscape. Glazed balconies on each floor give visual appeal to the building and make it similar to a skyscraper.

Its advantage is the proximity of the bank and the shop, playground for sports, children playground and playground for the quiet rest. Every entrance of residential homes is equipped with area for dumpsters, open parking and sidewalks half-meter width.

The Building is favorably placed from the ecological point of view. A small river with a scenic park on its banks runs a kilometer from the building. The area is planted with deciduas trees to clean the air and improve appearance. School, kindergarten, swimming pool, gym are 10-15 minutes away from this residential group.

2. Space-plain solution.

The second chapter considers space-plain solution.

The stair for rise on the level 0.000 is outside it let’s to extend internal space tambour consequently. When you come in entrance you can see cozy hall with comfortable access to elevator flats. For the rise on the top floors you can use stair in hall. It save space and improve air condition of stairwells. Corner stair is placed near external wall, it lets to create natural lighting throughout her length.

There are 4 flats on every floor: 2 – three-room flats, one-room flat and four-room flat. In every flat premises consist of two groups. The first one is for the rest, the second one is for the day and evening activities. In projected building every flat conclude:

  • bedrooms;

  • kitchen;

  • common room;

  • bathroom;

  • toilet.

When you come from elevator or stair you can see four-room flat with living space 87,5 m2. There are no walk-trough rooms and every ones are naturally illuminated. Toilet and bathroom are combined with Jacuzzi. Also there are two balconies. The first one has entrance from kitchen and the second one from bedroom.

The next two-room flat has living space 28,6 m2 and common space 28,6 m2. There are also no walk-trough rooms. Every there natural lightning, toilet and bathroom are combined. Balcony is separated with neighboring balcony dividing wall. There is entrance from bedroom.

The first three-room flat has living space 81 m2 and common space 50,4 m2. There are also no walk-trough rooms. Every there natural lightning, toilet and bathroom are combined. Balcony is separated with neighboring balcony dividing wall. There is balcony with entrance from bedrooms.

The last flat is three-room with living space 42 m2 and common space 71,2 m2. There are no walk-trough rooms and every ones are naturally illuminated. Toilet and bathroom are combined with Jacuzzi. Also there are two balconies. The first one has entrance from kitchen and the second one from bedroom. Balcony is separated with neighboring balcony dividing wall.

In every flat toilet and bathroom are neighboring rooms. It’s very comfortable to lay of utility systems( water supply system and heating system). Also every flat has ventilation units and house hold equipment. Height from floor to soffit is 3,1 m.
