Short description of the project:

We are looking for a members of a core team to start new long-term financial account for major western investment bank.

Project aiming at Product Expansion, Country On-Boarding and system integration in OTC Derivatives space dealing with multiple financial product types and platforms. Core team will tightly cooperate with client's management and analysis experts in London to ensure building a strong relationships and ensure optimal architectural and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Hide Follow existing QA project processes

• Manual testing of Backend applications (mostly functional + regression testing)

• Requirements analysis and testing

• Planning and estimation of testing efforts

• Intensive communications with QA/BA/DEV/PM

• Defect tracking

• Reporting to Test Manager

• Testing documentation creation and maintenance

• Test Automation (part-time activity)

Requirements:

• General QA qualification and experience

• Experience in working with international customers

• Good written and spoken English

• Understanding of testing processes, testing documents, test design, test automation and their roles in software development cycle

• Understanding and experience in estimation process, planning and tracking activities

• Experience in manual testing of Backend

• SQL/XML/DOM/XPATH/UNIX Shell

• Testing processes implementation, tracking and monitoring processes execution

• Team effectiveness and performance review and engagement with testing groups

• Provides testing estimates and testing support requirement to Project Manager

• High-level risk and dependencies management for projects

• Status reporting to Project Manager

• Defect Management

• UAT Coordination

Requirements:

• General IT qualification and IT experience (5+ years)

• Understanding of testing process, its role in software development

• Practical experience in developing and implementation of a test strategy, estimation process, planning and tracking

• Experience in test design, understanding of a test automation process

• Experience in test management (2 year)

• Experience in manual testing (3 years)

• Experience in automated testing (1-2 years)

• Fluent English

• Experience in usage QTP and SoapUI or similar tools is a big plus

• Experience in Java, XML, SQL, VBScript is a big plus

• Result-oriented and client-focused

• Proactive in problem analysis and solving

• Good team player

• Good communication skills

• Experience with OTC Derivatives products, first of all, Rates is a big plus
