5.My Future Profession

It is not easy to choose this or that profession just at once. All professions are good, the main thing is to do something useful. Some of us may already know what occupation they wish to follow, what they will be by trade or profession. Others have not yet made their decision. It is not easy to decide.

Then I got interested in physics. I had read a lot of books on this subject. Physics is very important in morden life.

I think the best way to prepare for any job is to get an education and we should do well at university, and to learn all we can outside of university.

9. Globalization

"Globalization" is the sort of word where everyone is expected to know what it means, but where few people could offer a clear definition. Globalization is a controversial issue for business and governments throughout the world. We recognize globalization mainly through its effects. It's a bit like electricity - we can not see it, but we certainly observe what it does.

Globalization can be described as a process by which the people of the world are unified into a single society and function together. This process is a combination of economic, technological, sociocultural and political forces. It's a movement of people, goods, capital and ideas due to increased economic integration.

Globalization is a controversial issue mainly because different groups interpret it in different ways. For its opponents globalization is a threatening word. It prompts visions of large multinationals dominating the world in pursuit of ever-higher profits. Many pressure groups fear that globalization threatens the environment as well as national cultures - they predict that it will make the rich nations richer and the developing countries even poorer than they are. But its supporters have another point of view. They believe that increasing and freer trade between nations will offer prosperity and economic growth for all countries and businesses.

The National Academy of Ukraine maintains and expands international contacts with academies and research associations and centres in many countries.

12.Albert Einstein

This German physicist is considered one of the world's greatest thinkers in history.

Einstein was born on March 14, 1879 in Ulm, Germany, and spent most of his youth living in Munich, where his family owned a small shop.

The first paper was on Brownian motion, which would get him his doctorate in 1905.

The second paper laid the base of the photon, or quantum theory of light. It said that light is made off separate packets of energy, titled quanta or photons.

The third paper, which he began as an essay at age 16, contained the « special theory of relativity ». He showed that time and motion are relative to the observer, and the speed of light is constant and natural laws are the same everywhere in the universe.

The fourth was a mathematical addition to the special theory of relativity.

In 1921, Einstein won the Nobel Prize for physics for the confirmation of his general theory of relativity although the other papers where still considered controversial.

. Einstein died in Princeton, NJ, on April 18,1955.
