Safety.

  1. To autonomous work mixing engineer (operator) ABZ allowed persons over 18 years, successfully qualified for the job by a medical board, trained in safe methods and techniques for the production of papers and briefings on safety and having a license for the work of a machinist mixer (operator) ABZ.

  2. The driver of mixer (operator) ABZ passed an introductory briefing on safety, industrial sanitation, providing first aid, fire safety, environmental requirements, working conditions, the primary instruction in the workplace, as evidenced by the records in their respective journals with the mandatory signature of insrtucted and instructing.

  3. The driver of mixer (operator) ABZ know the operating instructions for asphalt plant.

All places of ABZ, hazardous fire condition (asphalt installation bitumen heating installation, bitumen), equipped with shields with fire appliances and equipment, fire extinguishers and charged cylinders, boxes with dry clean sand with lids.

Smoking is permitted only in designated places for these purposes.

To extinguish tanned bitumen or ignite the fuel used fire extinguishers and sand-or, the fire muted with tarp (tarp, caps, etc.).

Requirements before and during the work

  • Test all components and assemblies of mixer, make a trial run bitumen pump supplying bitumen from bitumen heating aggregate to the mixer and back;

  • If there is no thermo-ABZ tank ready mix check of the vehicle during loading;

  • In the presence of thermo-tank check idling opening and closing the shutter hopper skip hoist operation;

  • Check the availability of staff;

  • To give a warning beep.

  1. If you are working on automated ABZ before each shift to check the serviceability of the wiring and components of automation, the mechanisms of local start-up of individual machines and devices, management tools (drive), with remote control - all instruments (units and installation) to start up in a strict sequence from the point of production to the ready mix point loading of raw materials.

  2. Let the asphalt concrete mixing is necessary in the following order: first, start the engine and check the car idling at work. If this fault is not detected, it should be light injector drying drum.

  3. During the asphalt concrete unit work mixer driver (operator) ABZ must ensure of:

  • Heating temperature of the mineral material in a drying drum, which should not exceed 220 ° C;

  • The pressure of steam in the steam generator, which should be within 5.8 kg/cm2;

  • The temperature of heating fuel, which should not exceed 70 ° C;

  • Heating temperature of bitumen (at 20 ° C lower flash point);

  • The work of the injector (the fuel must be burned without the black smoke).

  1. It is prohibited to open hatches of mixer during the work of unit to avoid burns.

  2. Do not use the drying and mixing drum at fault (burning) fireplaces, gas burners or nozzles for liquid fuel, as well as work drying and mixing drums on the mode with the release of flame burners into the atmosphere through a spark gap openings and the frontal part of the furnace or the annular gap between the shirts and wall furnaces, rotary reels.

  1. Serve cold mineral materials in the elevator should be only after a warm-up without drying drum load in 2-3 minutes.

  2. When loading the cold elevator materials (gravel, sand) should be placed in bins with windows or feed hopper. To collect the material bulldozed into piles taller than 1.5 meters and load the elevator of the piles, standing above them and pushing the material with a shovel, is prohibited.

  1. It is prohibited speed up the unloading of batches using the tools (crowbar, shovel, etc.) and measure the temperature of the asphalt mix at the time of her discharge.

  2. Inspect and repair the internal parts of the mixing bowl and of mixer should be only after the discharge of the mixture and the cooling drum mixer. To speed up the cooling is allowed to pass through a few batches of cold sand.

32. Prohibited during the work to clean the mixer, to strengthen, tighten and repair the parts of the machine, and wear and fold belts.

33. When working on automated ABZ should:

  • remote control to place away from the plants (at least 15 m) in order to ensure favorable sanitary conditions;

  • In the case of electro pneumatic drive air pressure to maintain about 7 kgf/cm2 on the control panel (in the dosing unit) and 3.5 kg/cm2 - in highways, repair and inspection of these sites is prohibited under the pressure.

34. Before the end of the shift all the mechanisms of re-taking power to take staff with a record in a removable magazine with a note seen defects and measures to address them. Log shall be regularly review the technical manager of the plant.
