Task 1.

A child is 5 years old. A mother has complaints on a frequent moist cough, which disturbs a whole day, frequent breathing, and bad appetite. Anamnesis of disease: acute beginning, 3 days ago. Mother connects the disease with cooling on a walk. Child was treated by in domestic means: mother put mustard plasters on a chest, gave him mixture against cough, however condition of child got worse, a cough increased, the frequent breathing appeared. Mother referred to the pediatrician. Anamnesis of life: child was on artificial feeding by cow’s milk carried some cold diseases, a measles, scarlatina, chicken pox, and enterocolitis.
