Тема 9. Написание электронных сообщений.

Сообщение по факсу.

Fax-messages are sent not only to the firm branches but also to business partners of different firms. There is a standard fax-message form which you can see below. If you resort to any other form it’s recommended to divide the information into logically completed paragraphs to make them readable and easy for comprehension.

Writing a fax-message observe the following rules:

1. Give detailed information in a laconic and comprehensible way.

2. Write the main theme in the capital letters.

3. Give the exact number of pages.

4. It is not obligatory to write the salutation and closing remarks.

5. The body of the message should be subdivided into blocks and paragraphs.

6. Avoid long expanded sentences and repetitions. Think over its form and contents to sound more persuading.

7. Be logical, precise, laconic.
