Introduction

The main goals of my practice is to work and function analysis of the medical center in the "IITU" and the analysis of the implementation of information technology in health care. To achieve the objectives of practice is necessary to formulate and solve the following problems: - Learn to use the online portal (electronic database "Register attached population") reduced its called "tap". The base was designed and created by our Ministry of Health of the Republic Kazhastan. -To analyze fully the base of the Ministry of Health ("RPN") on the quality and efficiency of the base. - To evaluate the operation and functionality of web-based portals and data. The object of the study was a medical point "IITU" of the basic functions of the medical items and activities. The main activities in the Medical section "IITU" JSC were: first aid staff and students IITU, accounting and medical records of the annual medical examination of all the above. -Analytical work has been the basis of the Unified Health Management Information System database of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("RPN"). -The duration of practical work lasted from 3 June 2013 to 15 June 2013.

General provisions, legal status of the joint-stock company “International Information Technologies University”

1) This Charter of the Joint Stock Company “International Information Technologies University ” (further on the Company) is drafted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and contains provisions about the legal status of the Company, including the name, place of the executive body of the Company, information about the rights of the stockholders, the procedure for the establishment and competence of the Company bodies and other provisions concerning the Company operation.

2) The Company is a legal body under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and it shall run its operations in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Joint Stock Companies and other statutory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Charter and internal regulations of the Company.

3) The Company shall be financed at the expense of its charter capital and other income, not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4) The Company shall have its independent balance, bank accounts, stamp with the full name in the State, Russian and English languages.

5) The Company may create branches and affiliates as well as take part in the charter capital and activities of other legal bodies on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and beyond its borders in the order stipulated by the Charter and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relationships between the Company and its branches and affiliates shall be regulated by the approved corporate procedures through the respective bodies of the Company and its branches/affiliates.

Object, principles of work and the main activities of the company.

The object of the Company activities shall be implementation of professional academic programs of the higher and graduate education.

The main aim of the Company shall be creation of the system of training/retraining of specialists in the information technology sphere and satisfaction of the social demands in IT specialists, in cooperation with leading international educational organizations.

Types of the Company activities:

1)Provision of educational training, including:

· training, retraining and in-service training of specialists with higher professional education, training of specialists with the second higher professional education;

· training of specialists of the highest qualification in Bachelor, Master and Doctor (PhD) programs;

· training, retraining and in-service training of specialists with the secondary professional education;

· participation in the training of pupils and students of the general and special secondary schools, lyceums, and the Company’s magnet school;

· provision of mediatory services in different aspects of foreign and national education, science and technologies;

· production and sale of experimental-industrial samples and product lots, created as the result of the Company’s scientific research and experimental-constructive work;

· implementation of the mediatory operations in the intellectual property market; purchase, acquisition and transfer of rights, selling and buying patents, licenses and ‘know-how’;

· lending the temporarily unoccupied facilities and land, renting the vacant dormitory rooms;

· developing recommendations, conducting seminars and other training-methodological activities relative to reformation and perfection of the educational sphere, science and technologies.
