Monitoring and controlling
Project Cost management is the process of planning and controlling the budget of a business. Cost management is a form of management accounting that allows a business to predict impending expenditures to help reduce the chance of going over budget.
The knowledge area of Project Cost Management consists of the following processes :

Estimating costs:
The first step in cost management is to estimate the costs of each activity in the project. Costs include both human resource and physical resource costs. To calculate the Activity Costs, I use the template “Activity-Cost Estimation Worksheet”.
The table below shows us the best price for the product. First calculate pessimistic price, then optimistic and the arithmetic mean will be the best price.

The total project cost estimation is 13 000 tg.
Controlling the Costs
I will carefully monitor the cost of our project. This includes watching to see where actual cost has varied from estimated cost. Cost control also involves informing the stakeholders of cost discrepancies that vary too much from the budgeted cost.
To effectively control project costs, we will need to regularly monitor and measure the performance of the budget and revise forecasts as required. If the cost variances happen, we will define the reasons and solutions, by for instance, expanding budget, or cutting from other activities.
Cost reporting
Cost reporting frequency is one time in a week, and additional cost reporting if unexpected expense takes place.
Project Risks
Were possible risks like:
1)students will not do video in time.
2)and we can not determine the winners
Luckily we have done our project without any risks.
Quality Management planning
Quality management is the process for ensuring that all project activities necessary to design, plan and implement a project are effective and efficient with respect to the purpose of the objective and its performance.
The main principle of project quality management is to ensure the project will meet or exceed stakeholder’s needs and expectations. The project team must develop a good relationship with key stakeholders, specially the donor and the beneficiaries of the project, to understand what quality means to them.

Quality Planning Process
The main role of the project is to create videos in 3D for development of education who want to enter Masters degree. This project will be implemented by me and my assistants, and with the help of the participants competition.
A good quality plan starts with a clear definition of the goal of the project. This includes assessing the risks to success, setting high standards, documenting everything, and defining the methods and tests to achieve, control, predict and verify success. In our project all of this done by team members.
Quality Assurance:
Quality Assurance is used to verify that the project processes are sufficient so that if they are being adhered to the project deliverables will be of good quality.
Quality assurance occurs during the implementation phase of the project and includes the evaluation of the overall performance of the project on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the quality standards defined by the project. One of the purposes of quality management is to find errors and defects as early in the project as possible. Therefore, a good quality management process will end
up taking more effort hours and cost up-front. The goal is to reduce the chances that products or services will be of poor quality after the project has been completed.
Quality Control:
Quality control involves operational techniques meant to ensure quality standards. This includes identifying, analyzing, and correcting problems. While quality assurance occurs before a problem is identified, quality control is reactionary and occurs after a problem has been identified.
By Quality control we ensure that our project meets the requirements of KBTU students and stakeholders.
Project Charter Approval
The undersigned acknowledge they have reviewed the project and authorize the project. Changes to this project charter will be coordinated with and approved by the undersigned or their designated representatives.
Carrying out project work
The competition was held on 22nd of November.
Аfter the competition the winners are awarded different prizes and diplomas respectively. On this stage, all the stakeholders that I mentioned above should be supporting the project, and all the preparation work should be done. All participants presented. Entries evaluated by the judge and determined the best and highest-quality 3 works and accordingly got their bonus points.
Closing project
By discipline "Project management", we learned what is the role and responsibility of project manager, how to properly organize the project (competition) and so on. I think my project helped for all participants to gain experience in sphere 3D Graphics (Creating video) and students will have opportunity to represent their knowledge to the future.
At the end of competition we held a survey on the organization of the competition (by participants).
From this picture we know that for graduates students these types of competitions useful and will help when enter for a Master's.
