The way our jobs affect the way we live and how we feel is very important. Most of us spend more of our waking hours at work than we do even with our families. The way we feel about a job can affect our health. When we feel that we meet a challenge, even enjoy it, then the stress doesn’t have a bad effect on us. Positive stress can even be good for us. But if we are doing our best, and failing, the effects can be disastrous. As life moves faster and jobs become harder, more and more people feel they’re losing.
