  1. Breaker failure protection device (уров)

The device is designed to disable the related supply connections at the circuit breaker failure of adhesion, which is shorted out.

Functional diagram of the breaker failure protection device is shown in Figure 4. Unit shown in Figure 4, implemented in software.

The device has a set point on the current operation and two set points in time.

Breaker to trip, but the availability of current exceeding the set point, also requires start-up.

The device is triggered automatically when the internal MT3 to disable or via a digital input from other security devices.

If triggered, the device with the first delay and without time delay (first stage) re­acts on a different circuit to the failed breaker and if it does not turn off, counted a specified time (second stage) acts on the adjacent feeder disconnect connections.

Via digital inputs can be made on / off breaker.

In that case, if the trip breaker is made via a digital input, the subsequent incorporation must necessarily produce a digital input.

  1. Work order

The task for the practical test automation functions: a double automatic reclosing AFIB, device backup breaker device MP3A-05 consists of a stage settings features automatic reclosing and breaker stage and feed via remote input values of the current

drawdown of MT3 to the input of МРЗЛ-05 and time management recloser and breaker performance.

  1. The parameters and the accuracy of their measurement

The parameters and the accuracy of their measurement are given in Table 1.

4.3.2. Changing parameters of АПВ.

Set on the remote test voltage 60 V on phases А, В, C. Slowly increase the current la on the remote from the minimum value to the drawdown of 1 tablespoon MT3 (diagnostic drawdown of 1 MT3 performed on the ignition, the LED on the device ДВ1 MP3A-05). Reduces the current la on the remote until the LED goes out Т1ДВ. Since the extinction of the LED type 1 diabetes starts the 1 st cycle reclosing. By the end of the exposure time of 1 st cycle of АПВ on the front panel of the 05 MP3A should be lighted indicator type 2 diabetes. During the time of blocking the 1 st cycle АПВ imitate drawdown and return MT31. At the time of return MT31 start the 2 nd cycle of АПВ. At the end of time delay the second cycle of АПВ on the front panel of the 05 MP3A should be lighted indicator СДЗ.

Lock the ignition time on the L/J,B МРЗЛ-05 LEDs ДВ 1, ДВ2, СДЗ 0:СД1,1СД2, tC ДЗ). Calculate the formula during the first cycle of AFIB T1:

where t^i-time return MT3| and start the first cycle of АПВ (extinction LED T1ДВ) tC/i2 - the time since the end of time delay the first cycle of AI IB (ignition type 2 diabetes). See Figure 2. Timing diagrams of a two-fold AI IB.

Calculate the formula during the second cycle of АПВ T2:

T2 = tC/i3-tt^i

where tqm-time return MT31 launch the second cycle of АПВ (extinction LED Т1ДВ) tCfl2 - the end of time delay 2-second cycle reclosing (Ignition СДЗ).

Change ВЫДЕРЖКИ ЛИВ:

  • 2 ЦИКЛ АПВ-12 с; and repeat procedure.

Obtained result put into the table. Compare calculated times with permissible value from table 1.

Obtained result put into the table. Compare calculated times with permissible value from table 1.
