Examinee correctly named the points of heart valves during the auscultation: bicuspid (mitral) valve is auscultated at the top side of the heart, in 5th intercostal space, 1.5 cm inward from midclavicular line; aortic valve — in 2d intercostal space, to the right from the breastbone; pulmonary valve — in 2d intercostal space, to the left from breastbone; tricuspid valve — at the base (down part) of ensisternum (xiphoid process) and is ausculated at number V Botkin-Erb point in 3d intercostal space near the left side of the breastbone.
